Every plant and moss specimen undergoes meticulous inspection and thorough rinsing to eliminate any possible contaminants before shipment. Our specialized safe packaging methods, refined through years of expertise, ensure your plants remain healthy during transit. Orders ship exclusively Monday and Tuesday to guarantee optimal delivery timing, with most shipments arriving within 1-3 days nationwide.

Areas of Shipping
All Australian destinations except Tasmania benefit from our shipping services that ensure safety and speed. Presently our services cannot deliver plants to Tasmania.
Processing Time for Orders
We process all orders and complete them within one to three business days. We send all orders from our warehouse on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent shipping delays for our customers. Once we dispatch your order you will receive a tracking number to keep track of your package's delivery route.
Delivery Time & Shipping Method
Our trusted delivery service for your items is Australia Post. Customers receive most orders within 1–3 business days after dispatch although delivery times vary based on geographic location. Delivery times lengthen when shipments occur during holiday seasons and public holidays.

Returns & Refunds
Items with special characteristics are not eligible for returns. However, your satisfaction is our first priority! You may receive a refund for damaged plants when photographic evidence of their damage is provided. Submit a refund request to us within 12 hours of delivery receipt.
Packing
