Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are processed and shipped out every Monday and Tuesday.

  • Shipping typically takes 1-4 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) on Tuesday will be processed the following week.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are flat fee of $20.00 all orders are shipped EXPRESS.

  • We use Australia Post to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your items.

Live Plants Shipping & Policy

  • We take great care in packaging live plants to ensure they arrive in healthy condition.

  • Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.

  • If your plants arrive damaged or dead, we offer a refund or reshipment under the following conditions:

    • You must provide clear photographic proof of the damaged or dead plants within 12 hours of delivery.

    • Please email your proof to [your email here] with your order number.

    • If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed promptly.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your non-plant items arrive damaged or are missing, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

Additional Information

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
