Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped out every Monday and Tuesday.

Shipping typically takes 1-4 business days, depending on the destination.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) on Tuesday will be processed the following week.

Shipping rates are flat fee of $20.00 all orders are shipped EXPRESS.

Live Plants Shipping & Policy

We take great care in packaging live plants to ensure they arrive in healthy condition.

Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.

If your plants arrive damaged or dead, we offer a refund or reshipment under the following conditions:

You must provide clear photographic proof of the damaged or dead plants within 12 hours of delivery.
